We want to know about your situation as a homebuyer, so we can offer personalized advice. You'll learn what kind of mortgage options are available and how different products could help save money on the purchase or refinance of an existing property!
Apply for your home loan in Colorado.
After you've determined the type of home loan that suits your needs, fill out an application and submit it with all documentation.
You will need to verify income through either W-2s or bank statements depending on how much money is coming into earnings each month.
Appraisal and underwriting happen while you wait.
The next step is up to us to complete—appraisal and underwriting. We might ask you to share additional documentation with us as part of this process.
We issue conditional approval.
After appraisal and underwriting, you can look forward to conditional approval. With your loan commitment, you are now well on your way to signing on a mortgage.
It is time to submit pending documents.
Sometimes further documents are required before final approval. We will notify you if anything else is needed.
The big moment you have been waiting for has arrived. Final underwriting is completed at this stage, and you receive final approval.
You now get to pay your closing costs and down payment, close, and receive the keys to your new home.
